WARRANTY
All Golf Traders products carry the respective manufacturers guarantee for material quality and workmanship. If, after proper assembly and care you find a defect with a product, please call our customer service department for repair or replacement.
Please make sure to keep your receipt and return the product in its original packaging. Golf Traders will not assume the transportation charges for any products purchased through Golf Traders.
SECURITY
When you register your personal details to establish an account or to place an order, a secure server is used. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through this website. We make no warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that encryption and accept no responsibility for events arising from unauthorised access of the information you provide.
PAYMENT
Payment is made via a secure payment gateway which is operated by the eWay. Golf Traders has no control over this site any questions on security should be directed to eWay.
Payment options will be available for large and wholesale orders. Details will be made available with your invoice.
DELIVERY POLICY
Golf Traders will provide you with an estimated shipping date at the time of order placement. You will receive periodic updates either via phone or email from Golf Traders regarding your order until it is received by you or your designated agent. Any change of delivery date, address or telephone number must be received in writing and called in to our delivery department at least 5 days before specified delivery date.
For larger items such as golf equipment, Golf Traders prefer to use Toll Ipec, if this service is not available in your area Australia Post is our next choice. It is entirely your responsibility that the dimensions allow for easy delivery to your address.
You agree to be available to receive the product from the carrier at the time of delivery, and represent that the delivery address provided by you is accessible to trucking and delivery companies.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Golf Traders reserves the right, at it’s sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Terms in whole or in part, at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately when notice of such change is posted on Golf Traders homepage. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
